Shipping information
Due to the pandemic, couriers and postal services are under more stress than usual this time of the year. Please order your gifts early and choose tracked shipping for peace of mind. We cannot track packages sent with Standard Post.
If your package gets delayed we are unable to send replacements until 30 business days have passed. If your package tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us (we only have the same info that you do!).
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Shipping time (Ireland): 2-3 business days with Standard Post
- Shipping time (Europe): 2-3 weeks with Standard Post
- Shipping time (US/Canada/Australia): 3-5 weeks with Standard Post
Registered / Priority Post will be quicker and you will receive a tracking number. You can upgrade to to tracked shipping during checkout for an extra fee. Order above €65 (Ireland) or €85 (international) for free shipping.

We CANNOT guarantee delivery before Christmas, only that your order will ship before the official cutoff dates if you order on or before:
