We ship worldwide from Northern Ireland directly to your mailbox.

If you live in Ireland, the UK or an EU country, you will not be charged any custom duties or extra VAT. US customers are also exempt as long as your order is below 800 USD.

Shipping Cost

Ireland & UK: Flat shipping rate of €6.00, with free shipping for orders over €70.

Other countries: Shipping will be calculated based on weight. Use the shipping calculator in your cart (scroll down until you see it) for an estimate. We offer combined shipping, which means you save on postage when you order multiple products.

Shipping Times

It currently takes 2-4 business days to get your order ready for shipping.

All packages will be sent with tracking. If it gets delayed we are unable to file it as lost until 30 days have passed. Please make sure you are aware of the shipping times before you order.

Customs & Duties outside EU

Customers outside Ireland, UK and the EU may be charged additional duties or taxes on delivery depending on the country. Please understand that we have no control over this; we are required by law to put the correct value on your package for customs. 

US customers will not be charged any extra fees as long as your order is below 800 USD.

If you are uncertain of the amount that you could be assessed, we recommend you to check on it and cancel the order if you think this could be a problem.

We offer products free of essential oils, so check the ingredient list or contact us if you are looking for unscented products.
