Royal Mail Strike Info For UK Customers

To our UK customers: Royal Mail has a series of strikes planned from now until Christmas. While packages from Ireland usually take around 7-10 business days to arrive, delays are to be expected in November and December. Our best advice is to order early and upgrade to tracked shipping for peace of mind.

When will the strikes occur?

Major disruptions and/or no deliveries are expected to occur on:

October - 1st, 13th, 20th, 25th

November - 3rd, 4th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 14, 15th, 16th, 23, 24th, 25th, 30th

December - 1st, 2nd, 15th, 16th, 23rd, 24th

How will these strikes affect my order?

We continue to ship as normal from Ireland, but your order will take longer to arrive if you are based in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot track your order if you choose Standard Shipping during purchase, so we strongly recommend that you upgrade. At the moment it seems some Priority/Registered Parcels are only scanned on the day of delivery.

The strikes are happening during a period where delivery services are already under a lot of stress. Please keep this in mind and allow for additional time (1-2 weeks) for your order to arrive.

Help, I think my order is delayed!

We are sorry to hear that your package is late. We know it's frustrating to wait, but it will most likely arrive eventually. Our experience is that Royal Mail is extremely dependable and we have yet to lose an order with them.

If you have been waiting for more than 3 weeks (from time of shipping) please feel free to reach out to us. We can only track your order if you chose the upgraded shipping option, but if we have other useful information we're happy to share it with you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
