The story: Inspired by children's authors like Astrid Lindgren, Roald Dahl and others, this lemony fragrance is full of joy. Bright notes of lemon and bergamot meld together like sunshine, and fade out against a lingering note of cedarwood.
The product: A cleansing bath soap for hands and body. Work up a lather and bask in the sunny scent. The warm yellow colour comes from an infusion of annatto seed, and will bring a splash of happiness to your bathroom.
Our soaps contain a high amount of organic olive oil and luxurious shea and cocoa butter, which leaves your skin feeling soft and supple after use. Please note: Due to the nature of handmade soap, there are slight variations between the designs of each bar.

Shipping Times
It currently takes us 2-4 business days to get your order ready for shipping.
We cannot track packages sent with Standard Post. If it gets delayed we are unable to file it as lost until 30 days have passed. Please make sure you are aware of the shipping times before you order. We recommend upgrading to Priority/tracked shipping if you are in the UK or outside of Europe, or if you are ordering ahead of the holidays.

Customs & Duties outside EU
Since Literary Lip Balms is not currently required to be VAT-registered, we do not charge VAT on goods. However, you may still be charged additional duties or taxes on delivery if the value of your order is over a certain amount (£135 in UK). Please understand that we have no control over this; we are required by law to put the correct value on your package for customs.
If you are uncertain of the amount that you could be assessed, you might want to check on it and cancel the order if you think this could be a problem.
