COVID-19 Shipping & Business Info

Our online shop is operating as normal with shipping once per week on Tuesdays

1. Countries we currently ship to

*Internal delays means your package might be delayed when it arrives in your country. It can take up to 3-4 weeks for it to reach you from shipping date with Standard Shipping. You can upgrade to tracked/ Priority shipping during checkout for quicker delivery.

*We are doing everything we can to process everything in a timely manner, but unfortunately many postal services abroad are experiencing delays due to overwhelming amounts of packages and reduced staff. 

You can always contact us via e-mail or social media if you require additional help.

2. Processing / Shipping time

Orders will be posted once a week (Tuesday) for as long as restrictions are in place in Ireland.

For domestic customers, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days from time of shipping with Standard Shipping. UK customers should receive theirs within 10 business days, and other countries within 15-25 business days (3-5 weeks). 

We recommend upgrading to tracked shipping if you require faster delivery.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping will be based on weight of your package. All orders over €65 ship for free within Ireland (€80 for international orders). International customers can choose to upgrade to tracked shipping for a flat €15 shipping rate.
